Celebrate Cinco de Mayo (or any day of the week honestly!) by creating the easiest chamoy cocktail rim recipe ever.
Blender, margarita glass
1 cup of apricot or mango jam
1/4 cup of lime juice
2 teaspoons of ancho chile powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Blend all of the ingredients until they are smooth. For more spice, add more chile powder.
Rim a margarita glass with chamoy before filling it with ice.
Pour in the Uptown Margarita (we recommend lime).
